Leukorrhea is a thick, white or yellowish vaginal discharge that is normal in women. This discharge is produced by the cervix and vagina and helps to keep the vaginal area clean and healthy. However, if the discharge is accompanied by itching, burning, or a foul odour, it may be a sign of an infection and should be treated early. During such problem there can be pelvic pain, abdominal discomfort and cramps.
